Please join us for a Groundbreaking Ceremony in celebration of the start of construction for our second new elementary school. 

Event: Elementary School #2 Groundbreaking Ceremony
Date: Tuesday, October 26, 2021
Time: 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Where: Former Valerius Elementary site (3305 92nd Street, Urbandale, IA 50322) South Entrance
Directions/Parking: From Douglas Avenue, South on Patricia Drive, East on Dewey Gibbs Road, South on 92nd Street, East on Boston Avenue. Park on side streets. We’ll meet at the South entrance.

If poor weather conditions arise the day of the ceremony, the event will be cancelled but construction will continue moving forward as scheduled. Please check the District Twitter for weather-related updates the day of the event.
