Urbandale Community School District: High School Event Ticketing Transitions To Online Sales Only October 1

Effective October 1, 2021, unless otherwise noted, the only manner in which tickets may be purchased for high school events at Urbandale is online at www.j-hawks.com/tickets.

This includes all athletic and performing arts events at Urbandale High School, not connected to a state organization.  In those instances, additional information will be made available on ticketing.   We will transition to online ticketing at Urbandale Middle School at a later date.

Online ticketing is not new to Urbandale.  Starting this spring, the Iowa High School Athletic Association required that all post-season hosts use its online platform to manage ticket sales.  This was the only option available to fans attending the State Qualifying Meet in Boys and Girls Track, a home Boys Substate Soccer Match, and a home Substate Baseball Game.

We launched online ticketing just before the first home Football game of the 2021 season against Johnston in early September and have seen steady growth in its use and popularity.  The platform that was selected was done so because of its ease of customer use, relatively small transaction fee, and the fact that we had a previous relationship with the host.

We thank you for your patience, participation, and cooperation as we continue to move into this new ticketing model.
