Webster Elementary students are well on their way to achieving their school-wide goal of reading 6,000 books this year. When we stopped by Mrs. Brinker’s 2nd grade classroom, students had just returned from checking out books from the library. Students had lots to share about the books they chose which included a book about Corgis, NFL football, Taylor Swift, and the I Survived book series. Hearing their excitement about the books they’re reading was absolutely heartwarming.
