Urbandale Fourth of July Entry Forms Online for Parade, 5K, Bike Ride
Entry forms are now available for Urbandale's 5K, bike ride and parade centered around Fourth of July festivities.
The Urbandale July 4th Committee has released the parade entry, 5K and bike ride forms, according to the city's website.
The committee has resolved the technical difficulties that had prevented the forms from being released early.
The parade entry form is due by June 23 and the parade is Wednesday, July 4, at 10 a.m.

The Jack "Sparky" Gooding bike ride is Tuesday, July 3, starting at 6 p.m.
The 5K is Wednesday, July 4, starting at 7:30 a.m., according to the website.
