2015 Waukee Cross Country Camp (Grades 4-8)

The 12th Annual Waukee Keys to Success Cross Country Camp has been scheduled for July 1-2, 2015. The camp is open to girls entering grades 4-8.

Campers participate in team building activities, learn distance running fundamentals, and discuss cross country strategies. In addition, campers receive video analysis and participate in workouts.

The camp is staffed by Waukee Cross Country coaches together with current and former athletes. Coaches focus on building enthusiasm for cross country while introducing fundamentals. Coaches strive to ensure athletes experience success and encourage athletes to celebrate effort over result.
