A vehicle driven by Sharon Eastman of 155 Waukee Ave., Waukee, was westbound in the 100 block of Waukee Avenue when it reportedly struck a parked vehicle. Damage was estimated at $4,000.

Kathryn Miller, 39, of 1720 S.E. L.A. Grant Parkway, Waukee, was arrested at the intersection of Ashworth Drive and Kaylin Drive and charged with OWI.
