Arrests for OWI and Theft Charges: Waukee Police Blotter

Dec. 28
A legally parked vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle near the intersection of Laurel Street and Carefree Lane. Damage was estiamted at $2,500.

A vehicle driven by Justin Waitman of Ankeny was backing out of a driveway in the 1600 block of Southeast Bristol Drive when it struck a legally parked vehicle, police said. Damage was estimated at $2,200.

Bryan Nelson, 41, of Norwalk was charged with OWI at the intersection of Southeast Windfield Parkway and Melrose Drive.
Christian Tilson, 23, of Waukee, was arrested on second-degree theft charges for the Des Moines Police Department.
