Waukee's Boland Named to All-CIC First Team
Waukee High School's Britney Boland was one of four Warriors receiving post-season honors.

Waukee’s Britney Boland was named to the CIML’s all-Central Iowa Conference first team, reports the Dallas County News.
The senior forward, who signed to play basketball at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO, averaged 14.6 points and 7.6 rebounds this season for the Warriors, who were one game away from qualifying for their sixth consecutive state tournament. Boland also hit a team-high 29 3-pointers, the newspaper said.
Three other Warriors received Eastern Division honors. Guards Ashley Dalsing and Taylor Wingert were named to the CIC’s Eastern Division second team, and Anna Kollmorgen was an honorable mention.

Dalsing was second on the team in scoring, averaging 9.6 points and better than 2 assists per game. Wingert tallied 8.5 points and 3.0 rebounds, while Kollmorgen, a sophomore, contributed 3.2 points and 1.8 assists.
Waukee finished the year 17-6.
