Burning Fat and Building Muscle

Learn how to get results the way your body is suppose to. Burn fat and build muscle, build fat and be healthy and learn why what you're doing might be completely wrong!

Did you know that doing alot of high intensity cardio burns more muscle than fat? Did you know that walking and constant movement at low intensity burns more fat than muscle?  Most people don't because they don't know how their body works.  They don't understand the process of burning fat and building muscle.  Doing these eight or 10 weeks programs are horrible for making any kind of an actual lifestyle change.   They're designed to burn muscle quickly thus losing weight, which makes you believe that the results you do get (if any at all) are actual results that are obtained the correct way.  When in all reality it is the smoke and mirror effect.  It's a false positive.  I EDUCATE you on how your body works!  How you will get actual results that teach you how to keep progressing.  What we do here is teach lifestyle changes.
