Live from the Triangle -- Jazz in July Tonight
Jazz in July from the Waukee Triangel Food, Fun and great music
The Waukee Area Arts Council has been selected as a site for the 2012 Metro Arts Jazz in July series. Today, July 17, the WHS Jazz Combo under the direction of Wayne Page will open at 6 p.m. The John Krantz Quartet will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The event will take place on the Waukee Triangle; bring your lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of live music, food and beverages will be on sale to support the Waukee Public Library Friends and Foundation. In addition the Waukee Area Arts Council will have children's activities available as well as artists with creative works for sale.
Because of the heat remember to dress in light weight clothing and stay hydrated. There will of course be shade around the gazebo and to the west after the sun settles in the sky. Please note..if the location changes the Metro Arts Alliance website will be the first to be updated.
