Youth Ages 6-10 at 8:00 AM and Ages 11-17 at 10:30 AM

Using both modern and ancient training techniques to engage and challenge the kids to go above and beyond what they think possible.
Teaching that PRIDE comes from within, and to be proud of even our smallest victories.
Providing information on ULTIMATE nutrition that is necessary to keep our bodies working at 100%.
MAXIMIED MUSCLE growth and technique development to ensure we are who we want to be on and off the playing fields.
Max PUMP is here to help develop and discover what each child's true God given PURPOSE may be.
