The seminar entitled, Free Home Buyer Education Series: Unique Iowa Programs & Information to Get You Started, will be held in Des Moines on Thursday, May 30, and is free to the public.
Each session is packed with great information in just one hour - so you can get in, get the information, and get home! Program topics include state mortgage and down payment assistance programs, highlighting new mortgage credit certificate programming; information on the benefits of owning a home; and the necessary steps on how to begin the home buying process.

The seminar will hosted by the Des Moines Area Association of REALTORS® and be held at the Iowa Association of REALTORS® Office, 1370 NW 114th. St., #100, Clive.
The program will be offered at two times: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. -8:30 p.m. Home buyers may attend either session. Please RSVP at IowaFinanceAuthority.gov/Registration.
