Feb. 13

A vehicle driven by Lisa Clemenson of 1015 Fourth St., Waukee, was southbound on North Alice's Road when it struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $600.

Feb. 14

A vehicle driven by Chanda Rydl of 1340 S.E. Florence Drive, Waukee, was westbound in the 1900 block of Southeast University Avenue when a vehicle driven by Regis Karch of Clive pulled out of a business parking lot, reportedly striking Rydl's vehicle. Karch was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway. Vehicle damage was estimated at $4,500.

Feb. 15

Lovelle Banks, 31, of 750 S.E. Parker Drive, Waukee, was arrested in the 700 block of 700 block of Southeast Parker Drive on a Waukee Police Department warrant for violation of a protective order.

Feb. 16

Naphtaly Rediger of 2185 S.E. Peachtree Drive, Waukee, reported a case of identity theft.
