Denise Cummings of Waukee reported credit card fraud.

Malcolm Doyle, 21, of 855 S.E. Jonas Circle, Waukee, was arrested at the intersection of Southeast University Avenue and Southeast Waco Place and charged with driving on a suspended license. He was also cited for failure to have a valid license plate and speeding.

Cherie Lisle of Waukee reported a case of identity theft.
A vehicle driven by Carrie Millhollins of 310 88th St., West Des Moines, was eastbound in the 9300 block of Ashworth Road and slowing for the road conditions. A vehicle driven by Lindsay Greifzu of 6355 Orchard Drive, West Des Moines, started to brake and reportedly swerved, striking Millhollin's vehicle. Damage was estimated at $700.
