Enrollment Open for Beyond the Bell Summer, Afterschool Programs

Beyond the Bell summer and afterschool programs are offered for students currently enrolled at three school sites: Walnut Hills, Maple Grove and Shuler Elementary.

Children take part in games, activities, crafts, as well as opportunities to socialize.

• All current Beyond the Bell families can return completed enrollment to their current site until Friday, April 12.
  • All enrollment packets completed after Friday, April 12 must be returned to the district office.
• All new Beyond the Bell families must return or mail completed enrollment packets to the district office.
• In order to complete enrollment process for 2013 summer and the 2013 – 2014 school year programs the following must be completed:
  • Completed summer enrollment form for each child, if attending.
  • Completed enrollment form for each child.
  • A $50 enrollment fee for all new families must be paid.
• All completed enrollment packets received by Friday, April 12 will be guaranteed a spot for the 2013 summer program and the 2013 – 2014 school year program.
• All enrollment packets received after Friday, April 12 will be placed on a waiting list for the 2013 summer program and the 2013 – 2014 school year program.
