Free School and Sports Physicals available August 3, 2015
Free Back-to-School Health Fair. Offering school and sports physicals, dental screenings, and other community services/resources.
On August 3, several organizations are teaming up with the Waukee Area Christian Services for a “Back-to-School Health Fair”.
The fair will provide school and sports physicals, immunizations, dental and vision screenings, lead testing and other community services/information, free of charge, to children kindergarten through 12th grade.
The “Back-to-School Health Fair” will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the lower level of Westview Church, located at 1155 SE Boone Drive, Waukee.
