Iahperd Elementary Teacher Of The Year For 2020 In Waukee

Iowa Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, selected Casey Barclay, Maple Grove Physical Education Teacher, as the 2020 Iowa Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year.

As the recipient of this award, Barclay will be considered for recognition as the Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year for the nine-state Central District region and then possibly the National Elementary Physical Education Teacher of the Year. It is a tremendous honor to be selected as the top Elementary Physical Educator in the State of Iowa for 2020.

Congratulations Casey on a well-deserved award and representing Waukee CSD and physical education in Iowa!
