Matthew Haffer, 21, of 419 Cottage St. in Adel, was arrested in the 700 block of Collins Drive and charged with OWI.

An employee of Legacy Sports Bar and Grill, 87 N.E. Carefree Lane, reported a burglary at the business. Police said the thief entered through a door and took a television valued at $600. There was no damage reported to the business.
