Luxury Apartments by Hubbell Realty Now Available for Lease in Waukee

The first building in a new luxury apartment complex called Winhall of Williams Pointe in Waukee is completed and available for lease, the Des Moines Register reports.

The $18.76 million project by Hubbell Realty Co. is located at 1205 University Ave. The first 18-unit building was completed Dec. 10. A clubhouse and seven more apartment buildings are set to be completed next year, the newspaper says. When finished the development will consist of 224 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The apartments have high ceilings, fireplaces, garages and storage units. They range in size from about 700 square feet to about 1,400 square feet. Rents range from $825 to $1,500 a month, according to the newspaper.
