Zachary Rhodes, 19, of Ankeny was arrested in the 1600 block of Southeast University Avenue and charged with public intoxication.

Frank Ballard, 40, of Johnston, was arrested at the intersection of Sixth Street and Ashworth Drive and charged with public intoxication.
Dec. 24
A legally parked vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle in the 200 block of Northeast Dartmoor Drive. Damage was estimated at $200.
