Feeling thirsty? Check out any of these Waukee watering holes to get your drink on.

Whether you need to unwind with a glass of wine, get pumped up for the big game with a cold beer, or catch up with friends over cocktails, one of these Waukee bars is sure to fit the bill.  

1. : Perfect for sports lovers, here you can find seven 50-inch televisions all in one place.  Offerings include beer on tap and in bottles, both domestic and imported.  Upscale bar food is served as well.  Located at 87 N.E. Carefree Lane.

2. : If cheap beer and karaoke sounds like your kind of night, then this is your spot.  Cocktails and wine available as well, located at 400 Sixth St.  Karaoke starts at 9 p.m. every Thursday and Saturday.

3. : Serving up bottled beer, tap beer, and mixed cocktails, you can also hear live music every Friday night followed by karaoke on Saturday and Sunday nights.  Happy hour available, located at 605 Ashworth Drive.

4. : For the perfect pint, head to Mickey’s, where every bartender has taken a class on how to pour just that.  With a pool table, karaoke, Silver Strike bowling, and occasional live bands, there’s always something to do at the bar.  Located at 50 S.E. Laurel St.

5. : Although steaks are their specialty, the full bar is open nightly for beer and cocktails.  Open since 1973, Rube's is located at 3309 Ute Ave.
