Police Respond to Domestic Assault and Moving Violations Last Week in Waukee
Waukee Police responded to several calls last week, among them a report of domestic assault, speeding and driving while suspended.

May 23
Douglas Jansen, 38, of Waukee was arrested and charged with domestic assault.

A vehicle driven by Cheryl Thompson of Des Moines struck a street sign in the 800 block of Walnut Street. Vehicle damage was estimated at $700.

May 28
Eric Fritz, 29, of Waukee was arrested and charged with driving while suspended. Fritz was also cited for speeding.
Christopher Weber, 30, of Waukee was arrested and charged with driving while suspended.
