Do you want to run faster and farther and feel better while doing it?
Then this is the program for you!!
Common Problems:
Pain which limits endurance and mileage
Inefficient form
Poor eating habits to support new exercise program
Difficulty with breathe control
Poor shoe selection
Poor training technique
Running does not have to be painful or hard.
Absolute Performance Therapy is hosting a free program for runners—
both experienced and new, parents, coaches and anyone interested in learning how to improve form, run faster, and feel better.
Discussion will include:
- Biomechanics of running and how to improve form
- Causes of common running injuries
- Why core is critical to breath support and running form
- The importance of proper shoes both for sport and work
- Training principles...how to get more out of doing less
- How to decrease breathlessness when running
- What can weight lifting do to improve endurance
- How diet affects energy level and endurance

Jennifer DeWall RDN, CSSD, LD—Nutrition in Motion—Board Certified Sports Dietitian/ Nutritionist
Alyssa Subbert, PT, CSCS, FAFS, NG360 GPS with Absolute Performance Therapy— specializes in the biomechanical evaluation of sport and former collegiate track All-American.
