See Oscar Best Picture Nominees ‘Argo,’ 'Silver Linings Playbook,’ ‘Zero Dark Thirty,’ 'Django Unchained' at Jordan Creek Theater Marathon

Jordan Creek Century 20 movie theater offers movie lovers a chance to catch up nine pictures up for best picture in part two of an Oscar movie marathon starting at 1 p.m. Saturday.

A $50 ticket was good for both weekends; otherwise, the cost is $30 for Saturday.

Last weekend the theater showed nominees “Beasts of the Southern Wild,” “Amour,” "Life of Pi,” “Les Miserables” and “Lincoln.”

Here’s the schedule for Saturday, Feb. 23:
1 p.m.: “Argo”
3:20 p.m.: “Silver Linings Playbook”
5:30 p.m.: “Zero Dark Thirty”
8:20 p.m.: “Django Unchained”

The 85th Annual Academy Awards will be presented on Sunday, Feb. 24. Locally, they will be broadcast on WOI-TV, Channel 5.
