"All of our crews are on the job and working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. Additional crews from neighboring utilities have been called in and while we can’t provide an accurate time for restoration right now, we can assure you that we are doing everything we can to repair the system. However, because of the types and amount of damage, from the western to eastern border of our service area, restoration will be a multi-day process.
Please call into our call center using the 1-888-427-5632, option 2 to report outages. You can also visit our website to track outages through the outage map and report them online. Additionally, text alerts are available if people have signed up for them through My Account… and can do so online through our website at this link or go online."
Please know that we will work around the clock until all customers are restored… and we appreciate your patience and understanding.”
