We caught up with Waukee APEX instructor Cindy Snell and Farm to School’s Kaitlyn Scheuermann to hear about their collaboration with Iowa State University to host a Virtual Cookshop for APEX student associates. This event was packed full of information and hands-on experience for students who might not otherwise be exposed to potential career paths in culinary food science and agriculture.
