Waukee City Hall to Get Facelift in 2013
The work will create better spaces for residents to meet with city employees when they stop by Waukee City Hall.

The Waukee City Council on Monday approved a $183,000 remodeling plan for Waukee City Hall, the Des Moines Register reports.
The plan, drawn up by douglasDesign+associates, inc. of Glen Ellyn, IL, would revamp about 3,400 square feet of the office space, which opened in 1999.
Work includes redesigning the reception area, and installing different counters where people can meet with city employees. The plan also calls for adding new amenities to the City Council chambers.
