Waukee Community School District charges fees for some programs and services to recover expenses. For example, the textbook fee is used to offset the cost of various curriculum materials (including digital resources) for each student. RevTrak and PowerSchool will now communicate with each other which helps provide detailed history for each student. We have created instructions to help parents find their assigned fees along with other available items like class dues, yearbooks, parking passes that can be purchased online through RevTrak.

Paying textbook and bus fees will be a little different this year. RevTrak and PowerSchool will now communicate with each other. You will be able to log into either system and view your student’s assigned fees and if you forget what you’ve paid, the system won’t allow a duplicate payment.
Textbook fees are a required fee approved by the district’s board to offset the cost of various curriculum materials (including digital resources) for each student. Families will be able to pay assigned fees around August 1 when PowerSchool is opened. At this time additional instructions and a walkthrough will be made available for those with questions on how to pay these.
Bus Registration and Fees
Busing should be applied for during the registration process. If you didn’t apply for busing and now need it you can register online. Please don’t submit multiple requests for busing as this will slow down the scheduling process. Bus payment information will be available a few days after school starts.
