Waukee Family YMCA Flag Football Teams Welcome Walnut Creek Players

The Waukee Family YMCA Flag Football program enjoyed another weekend of sunny skies and sunny attitudes Saturday, as its teams shared the Waukee High School practice fields with Walnut Creek YMCA teams.
Walnut Creek teams normally play at Valley stadium in West Des Moines, but that venue was home to the Valleyfest marching band event. So, in a nice display of sportsmanship and camaraderie, Waukee and Walnut Creek teams played side by side.
