Waukee High School Celebrates Nerd Day; Community Picnic Set for Tonight

Day 2 of homecoming week brought out students and staff members dressed in their idea of the ultimate nerd.

Waukee High School teachers and students are encouraged to dress up to show their school spirit during homecoming week. Today, Nerd Day ruled the school. The schedule is as follows:

Monday: Dress to impress 
Tuesday: Nerd day 
Wednesday: "-Er" day--dress as your favorite person/thing that ends in -er. 
Thursday: Jersey Day 
Friday: WHS Spirit Day
