Waukee Hyper Energy Bar Site Plan Approved
The subject property is located within the Waukee Towne Center development located south of Hickman Road and west of SE Allice's Road.

At the Feb. 16 regular meeting of the Waukee City Council, a site plan was approved for Hyper Energy Bar, to be located at 1025 SE Laurel St. The beverage retailer will sell coffee and energy drinks, providing only drive-thru or walk-up service on both the north and south sides of the 512-square-foot building.

The subject property is located within the Waukee Towne Center development located south of Hickman Road and west of SE Allice’s Road. Improvements for the plat are currently underway including an extension of SE Laurel Street and utility extensions.
