The City of Waukee issued 145 building permits in July 2020.

The City of Waukee issued 145 building permits in July 2020. There were 43 permits issued for single family homes, 31 for townhomes and 66 which fall in the “Other” category (monument signs, furnaces, etc.). The total taxable valuation in June equaled $30.29 million.
