Waukee Police Blotter: Deer Venturing Into Town Hit by Car

A vehicle driven by Gina Hassett of Waukee was westbound in the 3300 block of Ashworth Road at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 26 when it struck a deer.

Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,500, according to the Waukee Police report.
Also in the reports, a vehicle driven by Taylor Wonderlich of Waukee was pulling into a parking space in the 500 block of Southeast University Avenue when it struck a parked vehicle. Damage was estimated at $850.
