Waukee's Millenium Show Choir Named Grand Champion at Southeast Polk Showcase
Two Waukee show choirs -- Millenium and Spirit -- placed over the weekend at the Southeast Polk Rhythm and Music Showcase. Find dozens of photos under the Pics & Clips tab.
Waukee High School's varsity show choir, Millenium, won top honors Saturday night at the Southeast Polk and Music Showcase.
Millennium, directed by Matt Huth with assistance from Caroline Byrd, was named grand champion of the competition, taking home awards for best vocals, best choreography and best band.
The junior varsity show choir, Spirit, also competed and took home fourth-place honors.
