Waukee Temporary City Phone Outages Occurring August 21

There will be intermittent City phone line outages on Friday, Aug. 21 as the City of Waukee offices migrate to a new phone system. If your call is dropped or you hear a busy tone, please try again at a later time. The migration is expected to be completed over the weekend and should be completed prior to Monday, Aug. 24.

This will affect phone numbers only within the City of Waukee organization, not those of any residences or business.This will not affect 911 services.
