$1,000 Reward Offered to Catch Suspects in SUV Break-in, Credit Card Theft

Polk County Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of suspects in this case.

West Des Moines Police are asking the public for help identifying two suspects believe to have used a credit card stolen after a car breakin and a $1,000 reward is being offered.

According to a news release from the police department, surveillance photos show two people and a vehicle authorities believe were involved in using a credit card that was stolen following a car breakin. The victim’s credit cards were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at a fitness center on Oct. 15.

One of the credit cards was fraudulently used at a business in West Des Moines the same day.

The suspect vehicle is a silver-colored sports utility vehicle.
