I am very disappointed in this business.
I went in for a standard oil change and asked them to take a look at my wheels to see if they needed to be changed/rotated. They called me, telling me my ball joints were very loose and needed to be replaced immediately (they claimed it was a safety issue), and they said that my tires were cupped and worn on the inside badly, insinuating an alignment issue. They quoted me a staggering price. I called my family friend, who is a mechanic in my home town (2 hrs away) and he said when he looked at my car 2 months ago he didn't see a problem with my ball joints, and that the quoted price was high.
I made time to drive home a week later, and my trusted friend (the mechanic) looked over my car very carefully. He stated that my ball joints were tight, my tires were only slightly cupped (though they were needing to be replaced), and my alignment was perfect.
Tires plus lied to me, telling me I had a major problem where there was none, worrying me for no reason, and very nearly getting $700 of my hard earned money for a problem that did not exist.
I will not be returning to this business. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go here, and I would not take them on their word that your car has an expensive problem, as they're probably only trying to siphon money out of people who don't know cars.
