Back to School: ‘Jump Start’ West Des Moines School Year
Program is a refresher course for students who've completed kindergarten through fifth grade.
Community Education is offering Jump Start, a weeklong program for students who have completed kindergarten through the fifth grade, July 30-Aug. 3.
The program prepares students for the upcoming school year with themed learning opportunities. The mornings are spent refreshing student’s math, reading, and writing skills and the afternoons participating in various activities such as art, computers, science, and physical education.
It meets from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily at , 807 23rd St. The registration fee is 4150 per student, and need-based scholarships are available through Community Education.
