Have you ever wished that you could re-create those beautiful cake creations you see at the bakery? Join this hands-on class to learn step-by-step how to create cakes that will impress your family and friends! In this three-session course, learn the basic fundamentals of using a pastry bag and icing a cake, writing and borders, as well as designing flowers. Each participant will take home their decorated cake and their own practice tools. Class is limited to ten participants and taught by Trisha Stone, Hy-Vee cake decorator.
