Join me to learn how to make Chicken Enchilada Empanadas, Salsa Roja (homemade enchilada sauce), and Refried Black Beans. Instead of going out all the time, sometimes it’s nice to stay in and prepare these meals yourself or even invite your friends over and have a party! Course taught by Stacey Parkins.
