Nut milks and cheeses are delicious, nutritious, and are the perfect alternative for those wishing to avoid gluten, dairy, and soy. Unlike what you buy in the store, these homemade dairy substitutes are also free of preservatives, stabilizers, artificial ingredients, or additives of any kind. In this class, you will learn basics, including what kitchen tools you need. You will leave with a resource guide of recipes, tips on food storage, and more.
