Eating for Energy

Nutrition is the basis of our health. We are what we eat and absorb. Eating well keeps our immune systems healthy, keeps us feeling alive, full of energy, and in a good mood, to name a few. The human body is amazingly resilient and given half a chance will heal itself. Low energy, inflammation, and illness can result from ingesting bad food. Learn about achieving better balance, better energy, and better health by eating real, whole foods. Course taught by Liz George, Holistic Health Coach.
