Follow simple instructions to assemble each recipe, leave the mess behind, and take each dish home to place in your freezer to enjoy whenever you like. Participants will prepare three entrees to take home: Chicken Tetrazzini, Chipotle Pulled Pork, and Beefy Mexican Lasagna. We will also prepare a side of creamy jicama slaw to sample that makes a perfect side.Course taught by Julie Gieseman, RD, LD, CDE.
