Whether your New Year’s resolution was to go vegetarian, you’re just looking to start “meat-less Mondays” or perhaps you’ve been following a vegetarian diet for years, this class is for you! A vegetarian diet has been associated with lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, lower rates of diabetes and cancer.
