Westside Track Club is a local youth developmental running club started over 30 years ago. We offer weekly practice with experienced coaches. The club participates in several developmental meets throughout the season. The club is also USATF sanctioned. This allows athletes to compete in state, regional, and national competition. Athlete’s have the opportunity to try out many different areas of track and field. Areas include sprints, middle and long distance, and field events (shot put, discus, javelin, long jump, and high jump).
We will be having sign ups on Sunday March 10th at the West Des Moines Community Center 217 5th Street from 1-3pm. The Club is for ages 7-18 and both boys and girls.
