The Exercise Coach Hosts Grand Opening Party; Donating All Proceeds to Local Charity

●WHAT: The Exercise Coach is hosting a grand opening party for its newest location in West Des Moines. It will feature special guest Tim Dwight, former NFL player, and will include food, health & wellness vendor booths; a test-drive of the proprietary high-tech equipment; a certificate for four free personal training sessions for all attendees; giveaways and much more! The Exercise Coach will be donating ALL funds raised to the West Des Moines charity Meals from the Heartland, which is a is a non-profit organization composed of volunteers who package meals for delivery to starving people around the world as well as in Central Iowa and elsewhere in the United States.

●WHO: Owner Brian Stodola, an Iowa native, will be available for questions or interviews. Stodola, a multi-business owner for 20+ years and former athlete, suffered from lingering, chronic sports injuries. The pain associated with these injuries was becoming more problematic with time and as a stay-at-home dad, Stodola found that the most difficult task of the day was trying to lift his baby daughter out of her crib. After being introduced to The Exercise Coach and experiencing the way it rapidly and dramatically reduced his pain, he was eager to get involved.

●WHY: To raise awareness on the new high-tech and most effective way that local West Des Moines residents can now get and stay fit with just two, 20 minute workouts a week, along with gaining awareness for Meals from the Heartland and its cause, all the while raising funds for the charity.
