Help Your Youngsters Get Ready for Kindergarten
West Des Moines Community Education offers Sneak Peek, a program to help kids experience what kindergarten life will be like.
Sneak Peek, a program for children entering kindergarten this fall, is offered in July to help kids prepare for the routine of kindergarten.
During the one-week morning sessions, children will experience the activities and daily routines of kindergarten life and have an opportunity to learn about going to school, according to a news release.
Sneak Peek is held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and the $55 fee includes a T-shirt. Scholarships are available to families who meet low-income guidelines.
