History Matters with Bestselling Author Steve Berry

Des Moines Public Library is hosting international and New York Times bestselling author Steve Berry while he is on tour for his new book THE PATRIOT THREAT and for a History Matters event on April 11. History Matters is Steve Berry’s philanthropic foundation that raises funds for historic preservation around the country where all proceeds go to a sponsoring organization. The author will conduct a writer’s workshop from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Plymouth Congregational Church, at 4126 Ingersoll Ave. Tickets are $100 and include breakfast and a copy of the book.
