Join us to explore the world of hula hooping! Hooping is a great way to exercise; it burns calories, improves coordination, and enhances creativity. In this four-week course, you will learn the fundamentals of hooping, and how to expand hooping into your own movement practice. The instructor, Mary Boyvey, is a Hoopnotica Hoop dance instructor who incorporates the styles/strategies of many of her own instructors into her classes.
