Jolly Holiday Lights (Presented by Hy-Vee)
Come and enjoy the festive Jolly Holiday Lights, and as an added bonus your contributions will help support the Make a Wish Iowa Foundation!
Jolly Holiday Lights is an annual event set up by Make a Wish Iowa to bring happiness and cheer into our lives, which in return will help light up a child’s life with your generous donations.
Where:
Water Works Park
2201 George Flagg Parkway
Des Moines, IA 50313
When: November 25 – January 1, 2014 (5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
Admission Prices are:
$10 per car
$20 per limo/minibus
$45 per chartered bus
Tickets can be purchased at Des Moines area Hy-Vee, Casey’s or Dahl’s stores. You do not need a ticket though, you can always pay at the gate.
At the end of the 3.5 mile ride, you can stop by Santa’s Work Shop (open until 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday), where you can take a picture with Santa for $10, and enjoy a cookie and some hot cocoa with him as well!
So, come on down and brighten everyone’s day! 100% of the proceeds go to the Make a Wish Iowa Foundation.
